Individualized lessons are the most effective teaching tool, since all the trainer's attention is focused on you throughout the entire lesson, which means that you are learning exactly what is interesting and necessary for the entire duration of the lesson. If you don't have a partner, our teacher will be your partner.
Usually we conduct workshops at Selfbalance. We invite bright masters from various dance directions, as well as from other areas of activity that helps to develop your body through movement.
