Dance is the most beautiful expression of feelings, it can express the full depth of feelings. Dance gives opportunity to show the invisible, to express all the most secret and intimate. This is how each dance becomes a part of you, your story, your essence.

Women:

• secrets of forming a harmonious image;
• work on plastics and posture;
• release from clamps;
• dance therapy through improvisation;
• liberation of femininity (exercises for expressiveness and manifestation of femininity);
• contact and interaction with a man (ability to follow);
• experimental impersonation (dance of different characters and moods).

Men:

• confident manifestation of strengths;
• skills of self-presentation of a gentleman (posture, movement, gait);
• ability to move confidently at any event;
• manifestation of masculinity through leading dance;
• controlling your body (balance and coordination exercises);
• contact and interaction with a woman;
• experimental impersonation (dance of different characters and moods).

Pair dance:

• feeling of pairedness - sensitivity of partners;
• couple presentation (posture, frame, invitation, bow);
• emotional harmony (exchange of energy through gaze, touch and dance);
• interaction with music and with each other;
• breathing work during pair dances.
